Why Green Eyed Ladies?
Because I couldn’t have created this site without the guidance of my mother and a special friend, 85 years young, who has taught me the importance of living in harmony with nature and the creatures that inhabit it. Although they will not be actively blogging, much of what I will be sharing has come from them, whether it be a recipe my mom allows me to “veganize”, or a natural remedy for an upset stomach from my dear friend. I dedicate this site to them.
